Honorable Mentions - Spike (but only sometimes and only if Dawn is very grown-up as in over 18, bonus points if it pisses Buffy off), Faith (ditto), Oz (ditto, except piss off Willow)
Crack - good=Illyria, bad=Giles icky father issues
They Like, Me Not Like So Much - Angel pretty much because most I've read push my daddykink buttons in a bad way, or he's Angelus and it's just all bad, I like a little genuine caring in my pairings I guess, plus isn't he like forever in love with her older sister? A lot of trust can build there - not!

Date: 2010-01-10 10:00 am (UTC)Runner-Up - Chris, I like Ez with Larabee much more now than I did before, I've read some real good fics, though I still think too many get written with a wussy-totally-gay Ezra and a semi-abusive Chris.
Honorable Mentions - Buck, I actually really like this pairing, like almost runner-up likeness, there just aren't enough Buck/Ezra stories out there. Nathan, though only very, very rarely and only if Nate isn't a complete asshat. JD, I think they make a nice couple when JD isn't portrayed as a starry-eyed, brain-dead milksop. I like me a JD that's smart, a little tricky, and could totally keep up with Ez.
Crack - good=Mary crackish as I think of her with no one or Chris only ever, bad=Travis no, just no.
They Like, Me Hate - Josiah, I really dislike any fics pairing these two, I just can not see it in any way. Yuck. Funny enough, if there's too much of a Father Josiah and Son Ezra vibe it turns me off too.

They Like, Me Hate - Buffy! I know it's all canon and stuff, but the whole soul-mates-eternal-love thing REALLy squicks me out. Especially if you consider that he was like 200+ and she like 15/16 when they started out, how pedophile of him. Also, I dislike him with Xander, I have a real hard time seeing that working out with the whole mutual 'hate him' thing.
